At Value City Furniture NJ, we want you to love every piece in your home, which is why we offer a 7-day return window for most furniture items in new condition. Please note that a restocking fee may apply and delivery charges are non-refundable.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer service team within 7 days of your delivery or pickup to obtain a Return Authorization number.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Furniture

  Ensure the item is in its original, showroom condition and keep all original packaging and assembly hardware ready for inspection.

• 3.
  Schedule a Pickup or Drop-off

  Arrange for our delivery team to collect the item for a fee, or return smaller items directly to our New Jersey warehouse location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the item, your refund will be processed to your original payment method minus any applicable restocking fees.
